Chanell is very professional! She gives awesome customer service, and will go above and beyond. This was so refreshing to me as a lot of times stylists won’t go as far. She makes it her business to be sure the customer is satisfied. She communicates and will answer all questions pleasantly!
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Beauty Junkie Studios the owner and the Salon. I must say I was so impressed by the beautiful decor and the quality of work that was being done. I would, have, and will 💯 percent recommend this stylist and salon.
Very professional and safe environment. My favorite part is always the wash, as it’s so relaxing and not too rough. I definitely recommend Chanell to anyone looking for a new stylist. Her color combos are always top tier!

Chanell is by far the worst stylist I’ve ever encountered. I booked a sew in with her and I knew almost right away that the end result would be horrible. The braid down was awful, but I was thinking that the foundation would be bad and maybe the finished product would be nice, WRONG!!! She left huge gaps in my head and the hair was laid wrong. She accused me of rushing her when in fact I spent 5 HRS there! I arrived at 3pm and left at 8:18!!! The fact is she did not know what she was doing and I feel like it was just a money grab for her. Even after all of that I still paid her $175 out of $250 because I didn’t notice all the gaps until I was home. Not to mention there was no heat in the salon and I sat 5 hrs in a cold salon for this mess. I took pictures and sent them to her, I then called her and asked her to refund another $75 because I had to get the entire see in done over. She cursed me out and blocked me. Please do not ever book with this woman!
